Account deletion
Delete your Scrape.Email account.
You can delete your account and its data yourself, at any time, without contacting us. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Three ways to delete
In the Android app
Open the Account tab → Delete my account → confirm. The account and its data are removed immediately.
In the web workspace
Open the Account view and use Delete my account, or send the request from the account email.
By email
Write from the account email to waconzy@live.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We action verified requests within 30 days, usually the same business day.
What is deleted
- Your account and workspace access
- Saved leads, campaigns, and message history
- Connected senders, brands, and API keys
- Webhook destinations and CRM connections
- Suppression entries tied to your workspace
What is kept, and why
Payment, tax, and fraud-prevention records are retained for up to seven years where the law requires it. A minimal suppression record is kept so a removed contact or a do-not-contact request is not reintroduced by a later import. Encrypted backups rotate out within 90 days.
Deleting your account does not remove business-contact records that belong to the shared catalog, because those are not your account data. You can request removal of a public profile separately.
