Scrape.Email policy center

Terms of Service

These terms govern Scrape.Email accounts, lead discovery and delivery, subscriptions, API access, email tools, marketplace codes, and archive purchases.

Eligibility and account control

You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind the organization using the service. You are responsible for account credentials, connected mailboxes, API keys, webhook endpoints, users acting through your workspace, and all activity performed under your account.

Lead-data license and usage rights

For each contact explicitly revealed, exported, or delivered under a valid plan, Scrape.Email grants the account holder a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that record for its own lawful B2B research, sales, recruiting, partnership, and market-analysis activities. This is a license to use delivered data, not a sale of ownership in the source database.

You may place delivered records in your internal CRM and share them with employees and contractors acting for your organization. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, broker, mirror, or provide raw records or substantial database extracts to another organization unless a written order expressly allows it.

Accuracy and lawful outreach

Business records may be incomplete, stale, duplicated, or incorrectly associated. Verification describes the available email-quality signal and is not a guarantee of delivery, identity, consent, or legal eligibility. You must independently verify material facts and establish a lawful basis before contacting anyone.

You must identify yourself, use accurate sender information, honor suppression and unsubscribe requests promptly, and comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, PECR, TCPA, and other laws that apply to your location, recipient, and channel. Scrape.Email does not provide legal permission to contact a person.

Plans, credits, and fair use

Preview totals do not spend credits. Lead Finder uses 1 credit per lead. Music Promotion, Press, and URL Enrichment use 5 credits per delivered lead or enriched URL with contact details. URL Enrichment does not charge URLs where no contact details are found. Plan allowances, SMTP-account limits, API scopes, and maximum request sizes are shown in the workspace or listing. Unused recurring credits do not roll over unless a written order says otherwise. Attempts to evade limits, share credentials across unrelated organizations, or automate prohibited bulk email may result in suspension.

Subscriptions, cancellation, upgrades, and downgrades

Card subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Stripe subscribers can open billing management from the Account view, or send a cancellation request to waconzy@live.com from the account email at least two business days before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period. Crypto purchases provide the stated fixed access period and do not auto-renew. Displayed prices exclude sales, use, value-added, withholding, or similar taxes unless checkout states otherwise; customers remain responsible for taxes applicable to their purchase.

Paid upgrades take effect only after verified payment confirmation. A requested downgrade takes effect at the next renewal or current access-period end; the lower plan limits then apply. Data already saved in the workspace remains subject to retention rules, but features above the new plan may become unavailable. Refunds do not automatically erase lawful accounting records.

AppSumo and marketplace codes

Each code may be redeemed only while valid and within the marketplace redemption window. Unless the applicable listing expressly permits stacking, codes do not stack; redeeming another code replaces the current code-based tier and does not add time or credits. Unredeemed transfer rights are governed by the marketplace. After redemption, an entitlement is tied to the receiving Scrape.Email account and may be moved only after account-ownership verification.

Marketplace refunds are handled under the marketplace listing and refund window. When Scrape.Email receives a verified refund, reversal, fraud, or revocation notice, the related entitlement may be removed. Redemption codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged directly for money.

Email and AI tools

Email tools are limited to one recipient per approved send. You control the connected sender, Reply-To address, recipients, content, suppression list, and legal basis. AI drafts are suggestions based on supplied brand and lead facts; you must review and approve each message. You may not use the service to conceal identity, fabricate claims, or bypass provider limits.

Support and service levels

Standard support requests sent from the account email will be acknowledged within two business days. Reports of an active security incident affecting customer access will be acknowledged within 24 hours. The standard service has a 99.5% monthly availability objective, excluding announced maintenance, provider outages, abusive traffic controls, force majeure, and customer systems. Standard and AppSumo plans do not include automatic service credits; a signed Enterprise order may provide different service levels.

Suspension, termination, and liability

We may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, material breach, or repeated acceptable-use violations. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages, and Scrape.Email's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding six months. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
